Recognised at the 2026 Inspire Awards for my contribution to healthcare, and for using both professional knowledge and lived experience to support, encourage and uplift others.

The BEAM Gold Woman of the Year Award represents far more to me than professional recognition. It acknowledges a journey of perseverance, personal growth and years of learning, alongside my commitment to encouraging and supporting other women.

 Receiving the Australian Women's Small Business Award for Alternative Therapy was a meaningful recognition of the work I've built through Harvesting Health®.

It reflects my commitment to bringing together naturopathy, clinical nutrition and counselling through a whole-person approach to health and wellbeing.

 Through The Natural Narrative, I share real stories, lived experiences and evidence-informed conversations about health, wellbeing and the challenges we face as humans.

Being named the 2026 BEAM Gold Podcast of the Year winner was a wonderful acknowledgement of the importance of these conversations and the connections they create.

  Winning the BX Health & Wellness Award was a meaningful acknowledgement of my dedication to integrative healthcare and the work I've built through Harvesting Health®.

This award holds a particularly special place in my heart because David was there to share the occasion with me.
